What is Ask Mojo?

Ask Mojo is the conversational AI assistant built into the app and dashboard. Crews can speak or type in English or Spanish to complete forms, and leaders can ask questions of their safety data and document library to get answers in seconds.

What's the difference between a standard form and an AI / Flex Form?

Standard forms digitize the paper forms your crews already use. Flex and AI forms add multimodal capture — voice, photo, and auto-fill — so a full PTP can be completed in the field in record time without missing details.

What is "My Day"?

My Day is the personalized dashboard that surfaces each user’s open items — corrective actions, high-risk PTPs, and tasks that need attention — the moment they log in. It’s included starting on the Growth plan.

What does the implementation fee cover?

A one-time setup of your account framework, hierarchy, roles, and forms, plus launch support to get crews adopting the app. Scope and timeline are confirmed before you start — reach out for a tailored quote.

Can we move between plans later?
