Role Overview
The BDR is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying target accounts aligned to Safety Mojo’s ICP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect into target enterprise account – Outbound calling and events
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain clean CRM data in HubSpot
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging
Success Metrics
- Qualified meetings booked
- SQL creation
- Pipeline contribution
- Data accuracy in CRM
Qualifications
- SaaS sales development experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting
- Experience with HubSpot or sales engagement tools preferred
