About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically curious Form Builder / Implementation Specialist to join our onboarding team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and configure digital safety forms using Form.io, helping safety professionals move their daily workflows from paper or legacy tools into an intuitive, scalable SaaS platform.
You’ll work closely with Onboarding Specialists, Client Success Managers, and customers to translate real-world safety processes into clean, functional, and compliant digital forms. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, understands structured data, and cares deeply about user experience.

What You’ll Do
- Build and configure digital forms using Form.io, including complex layouts, validations, logic, and conditional workflows
- Translate customer requirements and safety workflows into scalable, reusable form designs
- Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams to deliver successful customer go-lives
- Optimize forms for usability, accuracy, and efficiency for field and office users
- Troubleshoot form behavior, data capture issues, and user feedback
- Maintain form standards, naming conventions, and documentation
- Support enhancements and updates to existing customer forms as needs evolve
- Balance multiple customer projects while meeting onboarding timelines
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a form builder, implementation, configuration, or technical support role
- Hands-on experience with Form.io or similar form/workflow platforms (e.g., Jotform, Typeform, Cognito, Salesforce Forms, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Strong understanding of form logic, conditional rules, validations, and data structures
- Comfortable working with JSON concepts and structured data (no heavy coding required)
- Basic Javascript knowledge for simple form logic
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for simple form redesigns and custom PDFs
- Basic API/Postman knowledge in order to utilize company backend endpoints.
- Ability to translate non-technical customer requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent attention to detail — you notice the small things that impact data quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in the safety, compliance, construction, manufacturing, or EHS industries
- Familiarity with APIs or data integrations (conceptual understanding is sufficient)
- Experience supporting SaaS onboarding or implementation projects
- UX or usability mindset for mobile and field-based users
