Description

As a Technical Support Representative, you will support both internal and external users of Safety Mojo, our cutting-edge safety software solution, by providing troubleshooting and technical support via phone, chat and email to provide an appropriate resolution to their request. The pay range is between $21/hr. – $25/hr., depending on experience. 

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Answer inbound case requests from phone, chat and email  
  • Provide initial triage and troubleshooting of all issues and provide appropriate solutions to resolve their request and escalate and monitor issues as needed  
  • Keep clients informed of case status 
  • Utilize ZenDesk for case management and escalation in accordance with established procedures  
  • Work with Account Executives and Client Success Managers to ensure client’s technical needs are met 
  • Professionally represent Mojo ai to clients and peers at all times 
  • Ensure the highest quality service 
  • Develop knowledge of current products and stay current with product advancements and industry standards 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Here are the qualifications we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years of proven ability in a technical support role  
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills  
  • Ability to excel in a fast‐paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success  
  • Demonstrate possession of client soft skills  
  • ZenDesk experience preferred  
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously by being self-motivated, analytical, a quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness
