Creating a New Training Class

1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand side of your screen

 

 

 

 

2. Click “Admin”

 

 

 

 

3. Click on the gear icon a second time to view the Admin menu

 

 

 

 

4. Click “Admin Settings”. Your account may be set up with a different menu. If you do not see Admin Setting, skip to the next step

 

 

 

 

5. Click “Training Class”

 

 

 

 

6. Click “New” to create a new Training Class

 

 

 

 

7. Fill in any information about the Training Class. Training Date and instructor are required

 

 

 

 

8. Choose the name of your Training Topic. These dropdown options come from the Training Topic List you have created

 

 

 

 

9. You can add additional files as well as mark the Training Class complete if it has already taken place

 

 

 

 

10. Click “Create Training Class”

 

 

 

 

11. You have now created a Training Class. There is a button for the Instructor to sign in, as well as the Student

 

 

 

 

12. Once the Training Class has been completed, click Mark Class Completed. Once a class is completed with will show up under every student listed in the employee section
