Where serious safety leaders come to think out loud.

About the Event

Not a trade show.

A learning community.

The HSE Learning Summit by The Global Series isn’t built around booths or keynote theater. It’s a two-day, intentionally small gathering for senior HSE leaders from large enterprises — energy, manufacturing, pharma, logistics, and more — designed to produce real conversation rather than polished presentations.

Sessions are AI-curated to match attendees by shared challenge. The format rewards practitioners willing to share what’s actually working — and what isn’t. It’s the kind of event where what you take home is a perspective shift, not a vendor brochure.

01

Peer-curated sessions

Participants are matched by shared priorities and challenges — not by industry or title. The right people in the room.

02

No expo floor

Relationships get built over working sessions and meals, not badge scans. This is intentional — and it changes the dynamic entirely.

03

Senior-level attendance

VP and Director-level HSE leaders from large, complex organizations — the people making long-term program decisions.

Our team

Come find us.

We mean it.

We’re sending two people who have spent their careers at the intersection of safety and operations — not to pitch, but to participate. If you want to compare notes on what’s actually working in the field, find Manoj or Nate.

Manoj Perumal

President & Co-Founder, Safety Mojo

Manoj co-founded Safety Mojo in 2018 after watching the same problem play out across jobsite after jobsite: safety programs designed by professionals, falling apart at the point where a worker needed to actually use them. The gap wasn’t culture. It was friction.

His particular interest is in the gap between what safety management software promises and what workers actually do at 6 a.m. — and what it takes to close it. He’s happy to talk about AI in safety, frontline adoption, or why most safety data is never seen by anyone who could act on it.

Nate Dart

Chief Revenue Officer, Safety Mojo

Nate spends most of his time with safety directors at large, complex organizations — people running serious programs who are frustrated that their data doesn’t reflect what’s actually happening in the field.

The question he hears most often isn’t “what software should I buy” — it’s “how do I get my crews to actually use it?” He thinks about that question a lot, and he has a point of view worth arguing about over coffee.

About Safety Mojo

We build safety software for the people doing the work.

Safety Mojo is a safety management platform built for large, complex field operations — the kind where you have hundreds of workers across multiple languages, and one safety director who can’t be everywhere at once. We’re known in construction, and we’re expanding into industrial and energy.

The core problem we solve isn’t a software problem. It’s a participation problem. If field workers don’t use the system, there is no data. No data means no visibility. No visibility means you find out about problems after they happen. We built the platform around removing every reason for a worker to skip it.
